We do not have a transport vehicle to deliver food. As such, you must arrange to pick up at our HQ in Westchester, or our satellite location in the Bronx.

We try to help as many people as we can, however submitting an application does not guarantee that we will provide food for your cats. Assistance may be subject to availability and other factors.

We do not take orders for any specific type/brand of food. You will be offered whatever we currently have available.

You agree not to hold Tabitha's Pantry, its volunteers, and benefactors legally liable in the event your cat(s) become ill or the food upsets a cat(s) stomach.

You agree not to resell, redistribute or attempt to return to a store, any food received from Tabitha's Pantry.

We reserve the right to refuse any application or discontinue assistance without further notice.
